Mason Greenwood Training Clips Emerge with Manchester United Return Decision Days Away - NEWS

Mason Greenwood’s future at Manchester United will be decided in the coming days ahead of the new Premier League season.

The 21-year-old was suspended from club duty in January last year shortly after photos and videos alleging he had domestically abused his partner surfaced on social media.

Although he was arrested and a case built against him by the Crown Prosecution Service, this case was ultimately dropped due to key witnesses not stepping forwards.

Now, 19 months later, a decision on whether he returns to the club will be coming very shortly. United began their own investigation into the situation earlier this year after charges were dropped.

Various reports in recent weeks have stated that there will be confirmation on the club’s decision ahead of the new season, which starts for United next Monday against Wolves.

With the club’s permission, Greenwood has been training individually away from Carrington ahead of whatever decision is to come.
